The Anchor Danly Company is the result of a merger between Anchor Lamina and Danly IEM that took place in March 2005. Anchor Danly divisions include Anchor Die Sets, Danly IEM, Lempco, Lamina Components, Reliance Fabrications, IEM International, and Anchor Lamina GmbH.

Anchor Lamina, Danly, and Lempco divisions manufacture precision die sets and steel plates used in advanced tooling for the metal forming and plastic injection molding industry. Anchor Danly is the largest North American manufacturer of the large engineered die sets used by automotive and automotive parts industries.

Danly IEM, Lempco, and Lamina Components divisions make a wide range of custom metal components for mechanical tooling and machine building purposes. They are equipped to produce nearly every type of pin and bushing requiring precision engineering, and an extensive line of precision metal wear components and assemblies. Component products range from precision pins, bushings, die springs, punches, wear and guide components for use in die sets, molds and machinery to large heavy cams in die sets for the manufacture of automotive parts, and output of a given metal part may vary in amount from a few units to several million. Anchor Danly is the largest manufacturer of bronze plated bushings. Lamina Components also manufactures hydraulic motors and hydraulic equipment.

The automotive and automotive parts industries constitute Anchor Danly's largest single custom metal parts market. Other important outlets include manufacturers of industrial and textile machinery, motors, generators, electronic equipment, aircraft, diesel and other internal combustion engines, household appliances and fixtures, hardware, office equipment, agricultural equipment, railroad equipment, general machinery, and scientific instruments.

Anchor Danly is one of the world's largest distributors of die and mold components for OEM maintenance, repair, and operating supplies. Anchor Die Sets distributes a wide variety of die and mold replacement parts and other products, such as springs, cams, pins, bushings, wear and guide components and hydraulics. IEM International distributes Danly IEM components outside of North America.

Reliance Fabrications is engaged in the advanced fabrication and precision machining of large steel structures. These large fabrications are used for the manufacture of machines, structures and assemblies. Special aluminum fixture bases are also manufactured to size for builders of complex automotive fixtures.

Anchor Lamina GmbH, is a manufacturer of die sets and supplier of precision steel plates. Anchor Lamina GmbH supplies its large precision die sets and steel plates to tool builders throughout Germany.
